Donating Amount

FreeBay provides users with the opportunity to make donations during the claiming process of a product on the Platform. These donations are entirely voluntary and made at the user's discretion. Users acknowledge and agree that any donation made does not guarantee the successful acquisition of the requested item.
a. The primary purpose of the donation feature is to enable users to support the FreeBay platform. It allows users to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our servers and services. It's important to note that FreeBay currently does not employ any revenue-generating methods and relies solely on user donations and listings.
b. Users understand that their donations go towards the overall operation of the platform, including server costs, software updates, and implementing improvements to enhance user experience. These contributions play a vital role in ensuring that FreeBay remains accessible and functional for users worldwide.
Self Delivery and Multiple Requests

When users successfully claim a product on FreeBay, they understand and accept that they are responsible for managing the self-delivery of the obtained item. FreeBay does not facilitate or arrange for product delivery or shipping.
a. Users further acknowledge that the user who listed the product for giveaway may receive multiple requests from interested parties. The user who listed the product reserves the right to select which user(s) will receive the product based on their own discretion.
b. It's important to note that the availability of a specific product listed on FreeBay is not guaranteed. The number of available products depends solely on user donations and listings. In cases where the user who listed the product possesses a significant stock of the same item, it is possible for multiple users to receive the product. However, this is subject to the discretion of the user who listed the product and is not guaranteed.

- Exceptional Circumstances
