It's important to note that FreeBay currently does not employ any revenue-generating methods and relies solely on user donations and listings.

Self Delivery and Multiple Requests
When users successfully claim a product on FreeBay, they understand and accept that they are responsible for managing the self-delivery of the obtained item. FreeBay does not facilitate or arrange for product delivery or shipping.
a. Users further acknowledge that the user who listed the product for giveaway may receive multiple requests from interested parties. The user who listed the product reserves the right to select which user(s) will receive the product based on their own discretion.
b. It's important to note that the availability of a specific product listed on FreeBay is not guaranteed. The number of available products depends solely on user donations and listings. In cases where the user who listed the product possesses a significant stock of the same item, it is possible for multiple users to receive the product. However, this is subject to the discretion of the user who listed the product and is not guaranteed.

The FreeBay Platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. FreeBay does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its content.
